The Groupies were an somewhat obscure 1960's garage rock band made famous by The Cramps' cover of their classic "Primitive". Their sound is unadulturated, drug addled, sleazy 1960's garage punk at it's finest. Their stuff is hard to come by. Here's the original "Primitive" for your enjoyment.
