"WHAT IS A FISTERIS?"

Pete Myers, a.k.a The Mad Daddy, a.k.a The Joker was a popular radio personality and DJ in the late 1950's through the 1960's. He is known for his mindbending, off the cuff, spontaneous, fantastical and poetic use of language in his radio broadcasts. The spoken word over background music "What Is a Fisteris?" is one of his craziest concoctions. Addictive and maddening, I can't get enough of this song.
So says The Joker : "Fisterises like pretty girls named Ingaborg with silver snoopers in their hair, sometimes moping about the snurds and limrocks they've loved and lost, sobbing big teedle-dools. Like everyone, they dislike artichokes for breakfast when the bumblebugger's gone."
And so on. "What Is a Fisteris" always puts a smile on my face. Here it is, for your enjoyment.
